Every morning when we sit with Baba after finishing our Amritvela, we should check what did I attain today from Baba? Was it love, was it peace? From the deep points of knowledge, did I attain something? If you have accomplishments in the morning, then the whole day you will be a master bestower. It's not a question of Baba just giving us the title, but also in practice the whole day, naturally and constantly I am a master bestower. Sometimes there is no attainment, sometimes we sit with Baba, of course, the souls feel a little bit sleepy, there is not much attainment. They go into silence, but they say we experience paramdham. What kind of paramdham? Maybe it is not necessary for you to sit two hours, or as long as you sit, just try to get a proper connection with Baba, just create a good feeling. I am Baba's child and then think of some of the qualities of Baba: Baba, you are Almighty; when I think, “Baba, you are Almighty, I want to take powers from you Baba.” I want also to be able to create the thought: I have to also be a master almighty authority. So it's not too many thoughts, try to take only one thought- Baba, You are the Ocean of Peace, I am Your child. I am peaceful, just stay in peace for one hour, or as long as you do Amritvela. So you have now taken something from Baba, then you could easily be the embodiment of that quality all day. Not only embodiment, but bestower also.
We all have many different souls with different sanskars in the family. We cannot copy anyone. We cannot do what others are doing. I am more responsible for my own actions. So you just be what Baba wants me to be, not what I see around. Many different types of maya or obstacles come on this journey. To remain altruistic, without expectations, it’s my Baba, my Yagya, and I can do whatever I can for Baba's Yagya. Why do I do service for Yagya? Because so many souls will be served from Yagya. Whatever way, whether you're doing seva of cooking or getting the place ready or whatever, there has to be bhavna that I am doing for Yagya, and this Yagya will serve thousands. I remember one sister in Peace Village, she used to be in charge of the kitchen, and she would say, I want to cook in such a way that those who eat, they create, they feel the bhavna for Yagya. Sometimes people first put it in Baba's bhandari and then eat and some after eating, I should do something for Baba's Yagya. I always feel that we should do seva which creates bhavna in others, or even our stories of service. There were, in this media group, many good-quality souls. One person was fascinated that all of you do so much sacrifice to expand service, to keep the place going on. We don't feel it because we do it out of love, but they are those who see it. So do it with a lot of pure feelings, anything you do, do it with a lot of pure love and pure feeling, and instantly you will see, even if you're not expecting, instantly you will see the result is the bhavna in others. We serve in a way that will inspire and create bhavna? So first, it is important to see what I got from Baba this morning. Every day, look at it. Today there were really a lot of feelings of contentment. So every day, check the attainment and also check how you serve. Serve with love and bhavna. Baba is saying that be master bestower, and embodiment of all attainments.
You all need to have mercy and compassion for the souls of the world. Mercy and compassion. Our brothers are wandering around so much with their temporary desires. Desires really make people feel like they want to fulfill it, so they run around. They go wandering around so much with their temporary desires. Look with mercy and compassion. Baba says to have mercy and compassion on your brothers. Become a sparkling jewel of contentment. There should be so much contentment, whether you are serving VIPs, whether you are serving different levels of people, you should have contentment and give everyone contentment. When we were in New York, we got Baba’s big home in a very wealthy area. So we thought wealthy people will come, and definitely they will give more to Baba. However, I found out that they don't, they can't give because all wealthy people have investments. They buy houses, they buy cars, and then I found out that all of them have used all their credit cards also. So they don't have anything to give. We had a sister who was a doctor. She was the first one to come and surrender. So when she came, I thought, doctors make so much money, but she didn't have any. So I thought, now Baba will give her, then she will give to Baba. So souls in Kaliyug, really most of them, because of their desires, you know, they are wandering. Baba's children are ‘bestowers’, and then you see how the souls can surrender to Baba. They belong to Baba. They serve for their whole life. So no desires, but bhavna, and there is a difference between bhavna and desires. Mercy is kind of pity, but compassion is love and kindness. Compassion is a very kind and loving heart. Contentment is a very good quality. So we all have to be jewels of contentment. Om Shanti
