Om Shanti!
Mamma was given the name of Saraswati. Mamma explains the murli beautifully, We are able to listen to knowledge here, but in the path of Bhakti there are memorials. There are so many words used for knowledge. Mamma has been shown with a big big sitar and it’s Saraswati who has been given this sitar in bhakti. The sitar represents knowledge, just as the water of Ganges came from the top knot of Shankar. This also represents knowledge. They call it Shiva, in Bhakti they show how Shiva took the Ganges and then let it run in the world. Mamma says that the Ganges river also represents knowledge. Water is not a purifier. People go and they take a dip in the river Ganges and they feel that their sins will be destroyed. This is just a memorial but it is the knowledge, the water of knowledge that purifies. Here you are taking a dip in the knowledge every morning. Another memorial is them showing some weapons in the hands of goddesses, they show that goddess has a sword and then she destroys or kills the devils. The swadarshan chakra represents the knowledge of world cycle and self-realization. They also show the third eye and many people really think there is something like a third eye. There are certain religious groups they engrave in the bone at the center of the forehead. AIl because they think there is a third eye there. However, Mamma is saying that this is also about knowledge. Knowledge is considered to be light. So they show knowledge as the third eye. In Bhakti it is practice that the Satguru places ointment on the eyelids, but this is also, Baba says, the ointment of knowledge. There are many examples like this in religions where the importance and the power of knowledge is memorialized. These stories and practices are symbolic, but they take it as real.
Now at the Confluence Age we are listening to knowledge from the Knowledgeful Father. There is a constant flow of the knowledge naturally, speaking of knowledge, sharing of the knowledge so that others can feel that purity, that beauty of the knowledge. Knowledge is shown also as light and as power. Baba also reminded us of our role at the Confluence Age that we ancestors souls and worship worthy souls. At Amritvela tomorrow, just look at the world as the kalpa tree and you are sitting as an ancestor and worship worthy souls at the bottom, at the roots of the tree. Baba says that roots take the water and then from that water then all the branches, all the leaves are watered. Even if you water on the leaves it goes back to the roots. Sometimes the leaves are not green, so we want to wash them. You are not watering them, you are only cleaning them. Let’s see how you feel about it and how you become an instrument to serve at that time. Baba is saying that we should be an image of tolerance and cheerfulness everyday. This is very important and it should be natural. It is not that you have to make an effort to be cheerful but there is a certain state of mind. You have a certain stage where you are naturally cheerful. You really feel internally so happy, so light that you look cheerful. When there is heaviness, you are stuck with something then your face doesn’t have that happiness and cheerfulness. So Baba is saying to swing in the swing of super sensuous joy.
Any kind of sensuous joy is connected with organs, right? The food is very nice, the flavor is good, and it looks very good. So your eyes, nose, mouth, they give that comfort. So there is joy but that’s through the organ. We enjoy a comfortable bed, fresh air, anything one of the senses is getting comfort and you feel very happy. You are very comfortable. However, Baba is saying that super sensuous joy is not through the body, not through the organs, but it’s very deep coming from inside and I think we do all experience that, right? Once in a while you really feel internally that blissful stage, so much love of Baba, no thoughts, nothing, but you are in a very blissful stage. I think we do feel that often, that is what Baba is calling the swing of supersensuous joy. When you go to the cottage in Madhuban there is a swing, Baba sits there with Mamma sometimes. Baba is giving us at Confluence Age the gift of a swing of super sensuous joy. It is not through any sense organs but it comes from deep within the experience of the soul. So Baba says those who are easy natured, no tension, no stress just be easy. Sometimes we are very intense. You don’t have to be hard on yourself, push yourself, force yourself. Just easy natural efforts. Baba is saying those who have a cheerful heart attracts everyone. People will be pulled to go sit with them, talk to them, there is an attraction. Cheerfulness means to swing in super sensuous joy. When you are really internally happy, your face is very cheerful. That means I’m not creating cheerfulness but it’s being expressed from an inner stage and that stage is super sensuous joy.
Baba says to churn this knowledge and experience the avyakt stage, where you have gone beyond everything physical, this is called the avyakti state or angelic stage. Monday is the day of silence. So maybe combine that silence with super sensuous joy. Baba says for this remain set on the seat of a detached observer. Sit and observe cheerful light. From tomorrow try that a few times a day. Baba says to remain set on the seat of a detached observer and watch the puppet show of maya. One is maya and the other is external situations. Maya could be from souls. Maya can be through the nature, through matter, all different forms of maya will be like entertainment like puppet show. Just imagine when one is understanding, and knowing what actually it is. The detached observer on the swing of super sensuous joy, it really will be great and Baba is giving us that opportunity. Tomorrow is Monday a day of silence and so we all will experiment with being simple and easy nature and then sit on the swing of super sensuous joy. It's very beautiful.
Om Shanti
