Baba says you have to uplift yourself and help others also and I was trying to kind of think about example like Baba says that there are some, they want to uplift themselves but they don’t find they have enough courage and power. So there are some very simple example but one was: one of the sister was kind of in a bondage. She didn’t know how to liberate herself and the circumstances she had I would have never accepted but because there was no power, there was no courage. So she lived in that situation for a long time. So when I came to know and I was chatting with her then I told her, do it, we will help you and she kept courage and then with Baba’s help, she had a lot of power. She got free not only free but uh she decided even to be full-time for Baba and doing a lot of service. So there are many souls, they don’t have courage and power. It’s not you are kind of forcing anyone or pushing anyone but they are in the bondage and they are they are ready right but they don’t have courage. So if we can help such souls then automatically you know they will be uplifted. And now is the time Baba is saying you have to uplift yourself and also uplift others. So each one of you can think of how you can help.
Today is our topic of purity where we have to not only think of brahmacharya but brahmacharan. So each one of us we call ourselves Brahmakumar Brahmakumari. Anything wrong we do, defames the whole clan. Not only clan but even Baba. If you want to solve a situation you don’t need to get angry. You don’t have to criticize anyone. You don’t have to fight with anyone, no. With love, with dialogue, with understanding everything can be solved. Love and the friendship is one of the most important quality which Brahma Baba had. He had love for everyone. Not only for people but you heard this for birds and animals and even we don’t didn’t have many cows there was only one but Baba will pass around and always kind of look at the cow. So Baba had love. They always say God is love whatever we have to do no service to service, if there is no love. Baba always says if you have to do something and fight for it, don’t do it. It’s not service, it’s disservice. No. So how we have to be loving, friendly. There will always be two ways. There is settling of karmic accounts. Like sometimes two souls really get against each other or jealous of each other whatever happen but it’s with the power of yoga I have to settle it. So we all have to keep remembering. I remember that Baba in Avyakt Murli had said one time that children follow brahmacharya but still they have anger. And I remember for one year Dadi had said Brahma Baba, Avyakt BapDada, Murli was that now you have to keep the chart. There are different ways. One is verbal anger. One is people are through drishi they are angry. You won’t talk, intentionally not look at many ways you kind of express your anger because purity is not only brahmacharya but it’s also anger is connected also with some desires, otherwise Baba, Baba’s service why I have to get angry about that and then is greed. Sometimes we notice greed also, attachment and then ego, the biggest one and it’s actually ego which is playing in the form of anger and so when we are thinking about emerging that godliness in you. We are God’s children. So purity is very important. Knowledge you become Saraswati. Then there is purity. When I think of Dadi Prakashmani, she was so loving, right? Very light. You all many of you have seen her. It’s because of her purity. Dadi had this thought one time that I want all these gurus to come and she used to say sustain through this bhandara that means have Brahma bhojan. She arranged a program for 3 days, 85 of them came. So Dadi is very humble. One of the side of greatness is humility. If you have ego, you are shallow. If you are really great, why you will have ego? That greatness is visible. So one of the mahatmas when went when to meet Dadi sat in you know sat on front on the floor. Dadi said no, no, no, come sit here. So next morning in the class he was sharing you know Dadi’s little part of saree when she did like this must have touched him, he said he got current. He was like so much purity. We said we are mahatmas but I can tell you that the purity which Dadi has, no one of us and then he got rakhi tied by Dadi in classroom and then he said from today we are 200,000 sadhus, in my clan we all are Dadi’s brothers and we will protect anyone of you, we will do everything for you. What I’m saying that purity has vibrations. Everything in purity has big power. Purity is a big power and that’s why Baba says have pure pure thought, pure wishes because when your thought is pure. So purity in our thoughts, in our words, not a single word which is not good for others, not a single action which is not transparent, truthful, honest. So that’s how we have to look at the purity.
So uplift others: at present, Baba says many of you have the, Baba says desire to uplift themselves but they do not have the courage or the power. So Baba says you children who uplift others are instruments to uplift such weak souls. Courage and power. Many when you have a true heart, you can uplift others because purity or true heart has capacity. Power has many aspects. One is capacity. The bulb no, how much power is the voltage no, it’s capacity. So Baba says in order to have a right to the sovereignty of the world, of kingdom of the world together with uplifting yourself. You have to uplift others also. So how many of you have uplifted others? How many, yourself and how many others? What about brother? It’s a very interesting connection of knowledge, purity and upliftment. So I thought it’s nine nights of Goddess is all about uplifting, uplifting so that there is courage and there is power.
