Dadi Ratanmohini explains very beautifully and I am still reflecting on keeping your eyes open when doing meditation, because it’s not all the time but sometimes during amritvela I close the eyes. Internally, I’m really trying to feel that point, to feel Baba's presence, but she is right, if you close your eyes your brain shuts down anyway. Sometimes you really want to be in solitude. Brahma Baba, of course, didn't want any of us to sit with closed eyes, especially while listening to Murli, and Brahma Baba himself never closes his eyes. There must be some connection, so we have to look into that and sit with our eyes open. 

Success and victory go together but are different. It is Baba’s task, therefore it will always be successful. If you won’t do it, Baba will get it done through someone else. It’s alright if you don’t want to create your fortune, someone else will take the opportunity. Baba’s task never stops. So if there is a subtle ego that only I can do it. Baba has thousands of hands but if you want to create your fortune, say yes and do it. Baba is saying victory is your birthright. Success in the task and victory is personal. Some always think Baba’s task will be ok. It will be ok, but the feeling of being victorious comes from success in a task. So victory is personal and success is for the task. At the confluence age, Brahmakumars and Kumaris cannot be alone. Simply experience Father’s company and your combined form. Do not think that Father is mine anyway, He is with me. Baba says, “No, let there be actual experience of being in the presence of Baba, it is not through intellect.” Baba is with me in practical, experience is different right, to experience that Baba’s company is with me.  I have the experience of His company, so there will not be an attack of maya. Maya will be defeated. Simply, don’t be afraid, whatever has happened? Baba says, “Have courage and remain aware of Father’s company and then victory will be your birthright.” So interesting, it therefore means when we forget Baba, we are defeated. Maya tries to make us forget Baba and we don’t realize it is a defeat, but when there is awareness of Baba and His company, there is victory. The same goes for remembering your birthright, Baba’s inheritance, and our home. Why Baba uses the word - smriti, because we have forgotten and now He is reminding us. Baba says, “Nothing new, last kalpa you did it, I have to remind you again.” 

So smriti has this feeling that I had forgotten, now I have to remember. Ratanmohini Dadi said, “Soul is so incognito, but you have to say a point of light, peaceful, loveful, there are many eternal qualities of the soul. Don’t just say that I am a soul, say, “I am a peaceful soul, a pure soul.” It is very incognito, so keep experiencing these eternal qualities, then you will be able to realize what is the soul. You will experience soul consciousness. Sometimes these points seem very simple or little, but they help us to be in soul consciousness, or to make better effort. Baba reminds us and we remind ourselves. If you remember something that someone said, there could be happiness or there could be sorrow. Maybe it is merged in the soul, but now you have to emerge happiness, cheerfulness, and enthusiasm. More you emerge, the more you will create new sanskars. Emerging will create sanskars, but if they’re merged then they become sanskars, so we have practice.
