Om Shanti !

In the lokik world, people always think that treasures are something external. They accumulate everything. When Baba comes, he says that all those are perishable, temporary, but the treasures which I give you are imperishable. Especially at this time, Baba says that thoughts and time are the most important treasures. They say about how many thoughts come in one minute. Have you ever counted? Baba says don’t waste thoughts, right? One of the important practices is the habit of silence. We think and then we go in silence. Then we think, then go into silence. You think about something, then you say, “No I’m not going to think any more about that.” Something happened, the situation is there. So use the power of silence. Brahma Baba had a lot of patience, and was very merciful, but also used the power of silence, because then he had to give Sakaash. Let’s say Baba ask you to do something, and Baba know there might be difficulties. So he will sit and through his thoughts, giving you sakaash, so that you are not affected by what is going around you. Let’s say if he’s doing sakash for me, I could feel it as he is telling me the directions.

Now, many have this question, how do I know the difference between my thoughts and Baba’s Shrimat. How do I know if my thought is- manmat , Shrimath or Parmath. When there is manmat, you are thinking about it a lot, parmath also is influencing you. However, when it is shrimat no thoughts. Baba said it, then it will happen naturally. So this is how you know whether it is my mind, opinions of others or Shrimat. So as much as you observe silence, it becomes very easy to know this is Shrimat, this is the right direction. Now your thoughts of the mind and Shrimat should also match, for example, if your heart doesn’t accept Shrimat, you can’t do it. So my heart and mind has to think the same way according to Shrimat. Our Didi Manmohini, was very particular in following Shrimat, very particular. So when we are ready to go leave Madhuban, each one of us have to go in front of her take Drishti,  and she will say when you return you do this. You do this. So 2,3 times you will do and then when you are regularly going to come in Madhuban, and she’s again you have to go. She will have to say goodbye, everyone. So when she said tell me what you going to do, before she will tell you, and then she will ask you what you going to do. So I will say, Didi I will do this, I will do this. She said 2 are right , one is still needs to be. That means she knows what it is, and then she wants to see if we also catch Shrimat. It was very interesting that first she, when we go first she will tell you, you should pay attention to your words or pay attention to relationship, whatever she comes to know, she will tell us and then I said in the end after few visits she will ask us what will you do, and she wants to see if it matches. That means in the end when we say Didi I will pay attention to this, I will pay attention to this. She will say right you are getting there. So understanding of Shrimat, line of intellect has to be clear. Again the habit of paramat, it’s a habit. It’s good to get someone’s opinion but still I have to do what is Shrimat. I have to do, but then confusion is, is it Baba is saying, Is there someone’s idea or my idea. But it’s a very beautiful thing, that is where our power of silence, our churning power and then just be close to Baba. Somebody asked Dadi, that they want what you do in yoga? I just go and sit next to Baba. And it’s true because if he’s father you go and sit and look at him. Or else, go sit in front of Baba’s room. Baba, I am soul, and you are father. will I say that? I sit and take this Drishti from Baba, so it’s kind of very natural, actually less you think in front of Baba, more you listen. Someone ask a question what is the difference between prayer and meditation? People pray, you all meditate. what’s the difference? The answer someone gave us very beautiful, in prayer you speak to God. In meditation he speaks to you. That means, you have to listen but if I keep saying, Baba this is difficult. Today I need help in this, tomorrow this. Baba used to say that  prayer is aradhana, Meditation is sadhana. We don’t keep asking Baba, but we do Tapasya. So Dadi always used to say, why I have to say this, keep look at him, keep receiving his love, his peace, keep receiving it. So to follow Shrimat, the less you think, the more you can hear Baba. I was going to foreign country, Baba says keep your telephone line, line of intellect free. If it’s engaged you won’t hear my call. So many times there were new things we didn’t know so we used to say sit with Baba, and ask Baba and I will remember that Baba said, don’t keep your line of intellect engaged, because then you won’t to listen to my call, first to follow Shrimat, have a plain intellect. Some say, we were just planning, planning, planning wherever they sit, they are planning, But Baba said, plain intellect. It doesn’t mean you don’t plan, Some people their intellect always planning right, so Brijmohan bhai said, willpower and wish power, but then Baba says have good wishes for everyone. Full of treasures of experiences you children have a full of treasure of experiences, perfect idols, who are full of all treasures of experiences. That means she has lot of experiences, so that one will automatically become master bestowers. Bestowers cannot stay without serving others,  they are sevadharis. that is with their virtue, with their virtue of being merciful, they will give courage to some souls, power to other souls who are Baba says, some need power, some need courage, those who are weak because they are master bestowers of happiness. Sukh Dev, Sukh deva.

Om Shanti
