So today is the day to say goodbye to Ganesh Ji, right? In the USA, New Jersey is about an hour and a half from New York. The USA has 55 states; that's why it is called the United States of America. They were different states, and now they are the United States of America. One of them is New Jersey, which is very large. Especially where we have two centers—they are very big. One center is in an area with a very dense Gujarati and Punjabi population, mostly Indians. Every year they organize Garba there and invite professional performers from India. They hold Garba in a very large open space. This time, during Ganesh festivities, they had a very large Ganesh idol. They invited other organizations to set up stalls, so Baba's children also rented one. They were not able to find a Ganesh idol, so they called me. I remembered that a few years ago, while I was celebrating my birthday in Delhi, Brother Brij Mohan had gifted me a large Ganesh idol. I had kept it there, so I told them to take that Ganesh idol and use it at their stall. Many people said that around 200,000 people, or maybe even more, attended. That center also has very strong, dedicated Brahmin children—about 150 or more—along with many others who are also very firm. So, congratulations to Sheetal Behn, Hemang Bhai, and everyone else for organizing it. It was beautiful to see the stall and all the people coming. I hope you gave them toli, right? If I am sitting at home and I want to come to India, I have to take a flight, right? So, I say to Baba, "Please help me." But I don't get into the car, I don't go to the airport, and I don't board the plane—I just keep saying, "Baba, please help me." What will Baba say? "Get into the car. Get on the plane. Then I will help you." Do you understand?
If I am not taking any action, how can Baba help? It is through faith that Baba helps. Baba is there for me. Baba will definitely help me at the right time. So first you perform action—you take a step. In other words, when you move forward, Baba also works. But if I simply sit at home saying, "Baba, help me," then help for what? It is only when you move forward with courage and do what you have to do that you see Baba's miracles. Many times it is not easy for us to do certain things, but if they are what we are supposed to do, then we should do them. We say, "Okay, Baba is with us." Not, "Baba, please be with us," but knowing with faith that Baba is already with us. When you keep courage and take another step, Baba is with you. That is the difference. One is asking for help; the other is becoming. Baba sees the child's courage. So many things happened this time. We were traveling, carrying cameras and lots of luggage. Yet everywhere, at every airport, the help that came—it had to be Baba's help. So, you have to trust that Baba is always ready to help. Also remember, this is Baba's task. It is not my work; it is Baba's task. We are just helpers. This doesn't mean Baba doesn't want us to remind Him. Baba once said in an Avyakt Murli, "Children keep reminding Me of what I have to do." We say, "Baba, I am going. You must help me." Does God need reminders? That's what Baba's children do. The more faith you have, the more trust you have, the more you truly receive everything. Baba says that all of you should be full of treasures. I remember we always used to speak of our inheritance: purity, peace, happiness, and prosperity. We always used the word "prosperity"—sampannata. That is what Baba is reminding us today: there is prosperity. Dadi Janki once said that no Baba's child should ever say, "I don't have..." If you say that, then something is wrong—perhaps in your faith, perhaps in your trust, perhaps somewhere in your effort. No one should ever say, "As Baba's child, I don't have." Instead, it should be, "I have everything." So, we have to look within ourselves—our own understanding, our own recognition of Baba, and how to keep receiving blessings. Baba constantly says: be full of all treasures. That is prosperity. To be prosperous means you are always successful. You always prosper. You keep increasing in your wealth. People say, "This is a prosperous person." Baba's children should constantly be full of every type of prosperity. Baba says that the sanskars of a devotee or a beggar should never emerge, Never even think, "Baba should help me," or "Baba should give me blessings." If you say, "Baba, I need cooperation," there is one way to do that. Whenever you are going for service or for any project, go to Baba's room and say, "Baba, I am going for this service. This is my project." When the first group went abroad, this was one thing they always did. And when they returned, they went straight to Baba and said, "Thank you, Baba," sharing all the wonderful experiences they had. That is why we do not simply say, "Baba, I am going for service." In this way, you receive Baba's blessings. Baba says: do not say, "I need power." The words "I want" do not really suit children who are bestowers. Baba says that you are bestowers of fortune and bestowers of blessings. Baba's children are bestowers who are full of all treasures. This stage of fullness will bring the stage of perfection. First, you have to become complete; then you become perfect.
