Is everyone well, okay? To understand the Avyakti Signal is only possible when our line of intellect is clear. Dadi gave a very good example. When you think of Brahma Baba, there was no one that he had to follow. He understood ShivBaba's knowledge, His directions and then implemented them in life, created a system and a big yagya. Then of course, there was Mama and Dadi Prakashmani. Now for us, others should experience  what it is like to be an instrument like Baba and Dadis? Recently Baba has said that when people feel belonging, that is like Bapsaman. Everyone used to say Baba loves me. Same with Dadi Prakashmani. Mama never ever raised her voice for anything, she was very sweet, very gentle, but with a lot of authority. We also have knowledge, some have many years, so implement knowledge and be an example.  If you are senior then there are younger ones who will look at seniors. Every action, every word we speak, somewhere it is repeated. We have to be very good examples of every word of Baba and also be light, because our destination is high. When we do anything with great happiness you never get tired. As much as the soul is settling karmic accounts, the soul is becoming lighter then moves forward, right? Just be aware at present not to make more mistakes, right? When there are weaknesses, not necessarily vices, it may be insecurity, desire for position or anything, you will always find that you are making some small mistakes and creating karmic accounts. With any soul I have to be loving, I have to be appreciative. Some just can't detach, some seem not to care, but always remember real detachment is when you are loving. So Baba says to become Karmateet. 

Know the deep philosophy of karma and be Trikaladarshi, before you perform any action, because only then will you be able to become karmateet. Even trivial very small mistakes, and those could be through your thoughts, can create very severe karmic accounts. This is why you have to consider even a small mistake to be a big mistake. I used to say sometimes when in relationships there is lack of communication, a lot of wrong things happen. So communication at every point, I think,  makes everything move very smoothly. I always tell this story that one time Baba told Didi Manmohini, something had to go to Delhi with the group.The party left but forgot to take the package. Do you think it's just a mistake, because so many will have thoughts? Didi became serious because Baba is saying something about it. Then Baba says that it is okay, because there can't be any mistake in the drama. Do not feel guilty. Baba never made anyone feel guilty, but there should be some realization of the consequences of even little mistakes. Just forgetting something could cause wasteful thoughts and Baba said it's your action which created so many wasteful thoughts. 

 I find in Baba's task, some don't know how to communicate or they don't want to, and I could see so many mistakes happen. Many wrong things happen. In Baba's service we try to keep yagya free from obstacles. I don't know how to text and I don't do it, so I always make a call. For me, we are able to say hello and share good feelings, and keep close relationships through direct call, not email. I never contact through emails. l call because at least we can say hello to each other, right? So there are so many little things  we have to pay attention to. Baba says that this is why you have to consider even a small mistake to be a big one, because you are now becoming close to your karmateet stage. Don’t just settle karmic accounts, but take the opportunity to create elevated action. This is the way to break bondage. Baba had been reminding us that this is the first birth of jeevanmukthi. In this first birth, whatever our stage, experiences and personalities, that is what will go into the golden age. What is Jeevanmukthi? It is the karmateet stage. I'm not doing anything because of a bondage, but with love for Baba. So reflect on this, do your homework and I'm sure it will help you.
