When we listen to Baba sometimes it feels that it is not possible, it is not practical. We know that wherever you find difficulty whether it is in efforts or in whatever activities you do, every situation comes so we learned from that. Also invoke Baba‘s help, Baba‘s power at every step. It’s not that we have to ask Baba, but remember Baba then you get connected. Then Baba definitely through that connection gives you power. How much we have to be detached from what is happening, I could think of Baba, invoke Baba, and remember Baba. You say sweet remembrance and that makes it easy, because remembrance can be only from the heart. It is not intellect, because wherever you go just look at your chart where my mind goes, and what am I thinking about? There is a saying that intellect goes where there is love or heart goes there. Also where there is any dislike or hatred or jealousy or competition, thoughts also go there. That is why Baba has taught us to have good wishes but now Baba is saying blessings. Good wishes are not enough, now blessing will help other souls also to move forward. Always bless wherever you are, be happy and let your life be successful and a blessing from the heart. So become Karmateet. Baba said, “One of the most important practices is to put a full stop in a second.” Brahma Baba usually will finish Murli, then go for a long walk after Murli. One of the reasons Baba‘s health remained good was because of the long walk every morning. There was a time when it seems aging had no effect on Baba.  

Generally when we give a speech we will try to correct things, we say, “Oh I shouldn’t have said it, or I should have said this instead.” These thoughts keep coming, so Baba has a way to put a full stop by saying whatever happened last Kalpa happened, or drama happened, because you cannot change anything, you can’t correct, you can’t improve it, right? Next time whenever a similar situation comes, I can do better. That’s why Baba‘s words are good. Whatever will happen will be better and better. When people want to tell me something I say, “Just tell me the short version.” I understand better that way. Baba is saying full stop in a second. Baba says that when your mind and intellect are very busy with actions give them the directions to put a full stop. I think this practice of course is traffic control, even when you are working with the team, once in a while, stop for a moment. Baba says to give them the directions to put a full stop. All the thoughts of actions also have to stop. Practice this, everything is really practice. Continue to do this every now and then, because you will receive the final certificate on putting a full stop in a second. Maybe for the new year we take this practice more seriously, wherever we are, whichever team we are working with, we all together say, “Let’s stop, have a moment of silence.” I think it will increase a lot of things within the team too. Sometimes there is too much talking. When we have the atmosphere of deep silence everything works better. Remember that silence  definitely has a connection with remembrance of Baba. 

When you’re too busy you’re not remembering Baba. Putting a full stop, experiencing silence and remembrance of Baba, then you get a certificate. In one second you merge everything. Expansion into essence and become an embodiment of that essence. This practice will make you karmateet. When we listen to Avyakti signals we should practice it for the New Year. In the new year, do this, so that not only all degrees of purity will increase, but your viceless stage, incorporeal stage, and many stages which we have to attain will definitely be created. Practice is important. So when you are writing goals for the new year, this one is very important, every point is important, connect all the points and create a good homework for yourself. Sometimes we are hard on ourselves whether for efforts or even for actions, so being very light will help you a lot. If you’re hard on yourself then you’re hard on others also. Some are able to take it, some are not. So how to be one who can accomplish it, but be flexible also. Kunjdadi said that angel means light.
