Is everyone okay? Feeling well all the time? I always say, feel well and heal well. Just remind yourself, “I am okay, I am very well.” Whatever we desire from the body, we have to create thoughts for that.

I like what Kung Dadi was saying about what is tapasya? For tapasya, we need to be in solitude. She was giving an example that sometimes Baba will take us on the beach and sometimes we will sit on the roof somewhere alone. We will go into the depths of the ocean of knowledge, go deeper and deeper. Ekant also means finding depth. Ekagrata means concentration, Ekant and ekagrata means our concentration will increase if I sit alone with Baba. She said that when they were young Baba would make them do tapasya and sit alone, and now we have Baba's room. I am with Baba. Baba is with me. She's saying that the importance of this time is to be in Baba's room, because that is where you are only with Baba. Every one of us begins our day with Amritvela then Murli, then actions begin, right? Some have lokik jobs and Baba's children at the center also start immediately, because there is always something to be done, something to be accomplished. Baba wants us to be in karmateet stage. How do we balance it? I will read something and you will find one word. If we practice, we should experiment with that until tomorrow and see what the experiences are? That word has to be brought into awareness. Think about that word as many times as you can. You can start from now. 

 Baba is saying to practice being in your karmateet stage. Just as it has become easy and natural to be in your corporeal form. In the same way you have to practice being in your karmateet stage, from karmayogi to karmateet. As soon as you finish that action, be in your karmateet stage. This experience will then continue to become easy, one moment action and when you finish, being in the karmateet stage, this experience will then continue to become easy. Always aim to be in your karmateet state. We are karmayogi but our aim should be to be in karmateet stage. Become a karmayogi as an instrument in action, then become karmateet. So what is really changing for us, is awareness. You know all these thoughts come, awareness is power, smriti and samarthi. So there is smriti and that will bring you power. Power or samarthi also means capacity, and giving cooperation, to get cooperation. There are many different powers through awareness and that awareness says that I am an instrument of Baba. I think it's really  wonderful and our trust and faith grows in any practice, when you are motivated to do it. If there is no motivation then it's just a word, but when I say Baba is saying it, let me practice. Do it as many times as possible, and as long as you can maintain the awareness of being an instrument. While being karmayogi, I am just God's instrument. 

When I came to the USA, it took little time to figure out how to do service, what to do. Whenever anyone asks, I just say that Baba has sent me. The service spread to other countries, including South America, Latin America, and Caribbean. I went to Guyana then Suriname, all these countries with just this thought, Baba has made me an instrument. Now when we see so much expansion happen; sustenance is the main thing, right? I had been with Sakar Baba, and with Dadis. So whatever we learn from them there is a lot to share, because they emerge in front, but I always had this thought, Baba's instrument and it was not because I forced myself or with my desire. No, I don't have desire.  Baba is God who Himself has given each one of us our part. Everyone plays a part with the thought: Baba has chosen me for this part. So I must play with that trust and confidence. Let Baba use me for unlimited service. I think keeping these elevated thoughts, keeping this elevated awareness will increase my capacities: mental, intellectual, physical, everything. So our practice will be I am God's instrument and with that trust, confidence and free from any wasteful thoughts. Baba has given me this part. So each one of us, we will maintain this awareness so that we can maintain our elevated stage and which is very important to play our part with love, with confidence and also taking care of Baba's task.
