Today is the day of Satguru. Today is also Ram Navmi but also it is Bhog for Gitaben of Shantivan. You will hear in the Bhog message what Baba had to say. So it is not only the day of Satguru but a very important day, Gitaben was one of the main instruments of Shantivan. Sometimes a lot of Baba's children ask about the difference between love and attachment? How do I know that I care for money but I am not greedy? They say that our needs can change into greed. I need this and then we find that our greed is increasing. We don't want to do anything where vices increase because we are trying to renounce the vices. There was a time when people thought let's pack our baggage and go to the center. I surrendered then but many did not necessarily surrender. Surrender is not about bringing bag-baggage  from home to the center. Surrender is internal. So Dadi Janki used to tell us that many good families, they surrendered and they all came and lived together but they couldn't live for long at the center because they were not trustees. After surrender we have to be trustees. Whatever I use, I am a trustee. Baba is the one who really sustains us, and takes care of us. We surrendered to Baba. So many left, many couples left, many families left because they were not trustees. Dadi gave the example that most of them were jewelers and from good families. Whatever they give to Yagya, they always mention it. They would ask, “Why is it being wasted I gave to Baba? Why is it like this, I gave it to Baba?” They keep remembering what they gave to Baba. Those who surrendered like Brahma Baba, he never said what I gave. Yes, Baba had buildings, they were used to open a place for kanyas and mothers. Baba never internally felt they were his properties. Surrender is something very deep but these days it is of a different kind of quality, but when Dadis surrendered, it was completely different. There was no feeling of “I and mine”. Everything belongs to Baba. This is real surrender.

So Baba is saying that cooperation brings progress. Baba says that when the battery in a car becomes a little weak, the car is not able to run by itself. Then you have to get others to give you a boost or a push. In the same way, when you have faith in someone and feel that you can receive help from that one, take a little help and move forward. Now again, if you are not moving forward that's dependency. So Baba says that do not think about any weaknesses too much, for only then you will be able to move forward happily. You learn and don't repeat your mistakes. That means you can move forward. However, if you keep thinking about weakness and you're not able to change it or inculcate virtue, your weakness will increase. You will get weaker and one day you might say that I can't continue, I can't progress, right? So take the cooperation, you should not have ego. Somebody said yesterday I have been in Gyan for 40 years but if I go and ask for cooperation, it's like I will be ashamed to do it. So Jyantiben gave a very good example that to be defamed, to be defeated is more shameful than taking cooperation and moving forward. If I want progress then I should take cooperation from someone.
