Is everyone okay? Yesterday someone was asking me, “Do you all know about what is happening in the world?” There is so much fear, there is so much violence. You see how people are dying. A lot of resources for the survival of humanity are being destroyed and we know that very soon there might be a shortage of everything. Yesterday they said that there might be a shortage of water, and we know air and water are really the main elements that support human life. Looking at all that, the question was, “Why were you still smiling?” You all look so happy. So what should be my answer? At that time, Baba has taught us to always be introverted, and very cheerful. We need to continue to do what we are doing. Whenever I'm here there is little time for silence. Just shine like a sun and give light, the rays of heat will destroy the darkness of ignorance and it is because of the ignorance that there is ego. The power struggle that is going on is because of ego and arrogance. There are a lot of feelings between the religions or between different ethnic groups. There is a lot of dispute so through our state of mind, through our vibrations we tried to change the vibrations, change the thoughts of the enemies. I think you all know more than me what Baba is teaching us, while being aware of whatever is happening in the world. We have to make our personal efforts so that we can reach our stage of perfection. Baba always says that when you ascend, it will bring benefits to everyone, but if you descend then you cannot help anyone. So for us to serve the world we have to keep ascending, we have to keep moving forward. In hindi Baba says, “Chadti kala sarva ka bala.” So of course, I'm even thinking of bringing benefits to everyone. It has to be through our ascending stage and for that one of the points which Baba is bringing is, see the virtues and do not defame anyone. In the path of Bhakti,  they used to sing the praise of God, right? We cannot just keep defaming someone, keep talking against someone. Baba says that when someone defames one of two friends, then the other friend would completely transform, he will transform the attitude. Where there is faith, the meaning of the words can be changed and they make the situation very small. So Baba is saying to see each other's specialities. Although you are many, you will then all be seen to be united, the gathering will be united in one direction. Baba says that when someone defames another person,instead of supporting that person, transform the attitude of the one saying it. Do not defame anyone, right? We all have to be careful with our karmas too. Dadi Janki used to tell us to investigate or find out about someone, this also creates karmic accounts. So she always used to warn us and be very careful about what you speak and what you do towards each other. Be attentive. So we all will inculcate this quality with determination.
