Increase the Practice of the Bodiless Stage #3

Bodiless_Stage_3                 Mohini_Didi                November 3, 2025

Om shanti!

We can practice this stage of being bodiless while in body and Dr. Nirmala was explaining something very interesting, that we use in Hindi two words for God ‘Asochta’ and ‘Abhokta’. Most of the experiences are through the thought, whether it is sorrow, happiness, whether you feel very good and sometimes you feel not very good in your stage. The way you think decides your experience ‘bhogna’. Bhogna  could be your settling of karmic accounts or it could be seen as suffering, struggle,  or punishment. Everything depends on the way you think, right? Silence really means you think but then also since we belong to Baba, Baba really teaches us how to become ‘asochta’. Some people keep thinking about something that happened one month ago, one year ago, right? So, how to be asochta? Go into silence, give to Baba, past is past, it’s drama. Baba gives so many points to relieve your bhogna - the suffering of any kind through your own thoughts. The best method is just remembering Baba. When you remember Baba you feel how the sins are cut away, how our sins are dissolving. Give to Baba, adopt silence then you are really cancelling a lot of your suffering. In a way you are settling without battling. A lot of people when they go through something, they say, “It is my karma, I am settling. However, there is a royal way of settling. I always say that Brahma Baba also had karmic accounts of 63 births, but it seems we go through one after another with Brahma Baba because of remembrance of Baba and deep silence. There was never sign that he was settling his karma now. He was always happy and cheerful. These are some of the very subtle practices of how to become like Baba, asochta and abhokta. You can churn on this more and understand deeply.

Baba is saying become bodiless while in the body. Be avyakt while being in vyakt,  avyakt is that it is okay, you go beyond sakshi. It is essential to know the Father in all  the forms and also in all relationships. So what are forms? Like peaceful, loveful, Baba's quality and then He is Father, Teacher, all the relationships. In the same way it is also essential to know your own self. We know what the soul is, then to understand the part that you're playing. So Baba says that you know yourself through the Father. I know that when I met Baba for the first time, ShivBaba through Brahma Baba, the way Baba looked at me, I knew who I was. I felt His love, the way He gave drishti and that drishti really stays with us. You all have met Avyakt BapDada, everyone, right? Not Sakar Baba. When Baba comes, we just sit in silence and take drishti from Baba. Avyakt Baba’s dristhi also stays with us. To know means to accept, this word ‘acceptance’, this needs reflection. You cannot know alone, knowing is acceptance. You create a stage when you are able to be bodiless, while in your body. Baba says, “Be avyakt,  while being in physical form, that is vyakt and that is body. Be an angel while walking and moving around and doing all the actions. How will angels walk? How will angels talk? This practice makes you karmateet while performing actions. Karma, doing karmana, but ‘ateet’ is when you are beyond sorrow and happiness, beyond respect and humiliation, it's like you are a saint.  Whatever the external situation or condition is, it doesn’t influence you, that means you are karmateet. “Becoming karmateet means that past karmas, consequences of karmas, don't really affect you. You don't experience all that.

Om Shanti
