Om Shanti!

I am very happy to meet Avyakti Parivar worldwide. Even in Madhuban we don’t meet the whole family, we meet at different times, different groups, different countries. We are together now. The family together always makes us happy, right? Today Baba is using one word in Hindi, called ‘chit’ and this is more like part of awareness. Whatever is in your mind or what internally touches you or informs your response or action, it is something which is very subtle, right? We will ask, “What’s in your heart actually? What do you really want to say?” In the mind there are thoughts but this is something you have created, or you wanted; there are so many layers in those thoughts. This is connected with awareness, whether it is desire,  feeling good or not feeling good, a lot of things happen. If we go deeply within and see from where all that is emerging. Someone today asked how Brahma Baba had so much responsibility, giving messages, being in front, having a big family of 300 plus, yet he was very light. Every time Baba will say that it’s not me, it’s ShivBaba.

He has adopted children and he always remembers ShivBaba, and also that victory is assured, truth is truth and there is victory in the truth. There is a saying that the boat of the truth shakes but never sinks. It does shake you because today is not the world of truth. We live in the world of falsehood, but we want to live the life of truth. I should have a very unshakable and immovable stage. Today Baba is saying that your heart should be cheerful. Is the mind happy, intellect happy or heart is happy? Baba says that those who have easy nature, all full of the virtue of sweetness, they let go, and move forward. Don’t hold things in the heart because then the heart becomes heavy, right? We make things complicated the way we think, I think it’s up to us now how to make everything simple and easy. When little children keep crying, the mother will say he’s very sleepy now, or he’s hungry, right? When I find that some of Baba’s children just always have something and I say that maybe they need rest because when body is rested, mind is rested, your thinking is very positive and normal. Whether it is nurturing ourselves with food, that is spiritual knowledge and keeping ourselves internally very happy and in satisfaction. Baba is saying that those who are cheerful attract everyone to themselves, also everyone loves happiness. Anything that you see and hear that makes you happy, you would want to hear it again.

Baba says to be cheerful means to swing in the swing of super sensuous joy. A happiness which is not being taken from any physical sense organ. So, ‘ati indriya sukh’ means it’s not coming through senses. It’s not coming through physical organs but it’s from the soul. So that is called super sensuous joy. Baba says that churning this knowledge is most important. Experience the avyakt stage and then swing in the swing of super sensuous joy. Avyakt stage is to go beyond, right? Vyakt is all the time present in the physical, in the avyakt stage you experience super sensuous joy, this is known as being cheerful. So Baba says those who remain cheerful in this way also attract everyone. When you feel that you are going beyond the feeling of your body, then you are in a soul conscious stage. In the beginning some of us used to sit and feel the pull to go to Baba. Then you are in so much super sensuous joy that  your hands and feet start moving, they call it Raas, not dance. In dance you are still aware of your body, but when you are doing Raas, you’re not aware how your hands and feet are moving in great intoxication. That’s the stage where you do feel you’re swinging in a swing of super sensuous joy. I think it’s a good thing for our homework. We think about the swing of super sensuous joy and for that just go beyond and be cheerful. It is something worth experiencing and making it our nature. So  Baba has given a good homework and definitely we will make it as our practice.

Om Shanti
