It is the same world, but in the USA it is Thursday evening, and I know in some parts of the world it is Friday morning. Still, I offer Bhog to Baba. We get the introduction of God, and then we realize our eternal relationship with God, not only as child and Father, but all relationships.  If there is that recognition, then remembrance will be very natural- no effort. Baba used to say, I don’t even use the word “yoga,” just say “remembrance,” because when you say yoga, then you think, “Oh today I couldn’t have yoga, I couldn’t get connection, I couldn’t experience.”  A father is a father, right? I am a soul. He is the Supreme Soul. So, how do we understand and then recognize Baba, so that our remembrance becomes very natural? Yes, it is necessary to sit and have concentration, total silence, introversion. All those powers and qualities are necessary, but it is really just loveful remembrance. Then, of course, we get busy with our activities, with our interactions, or whatever we have to do, and that remembrance sometimes changes into different kinds of pulls. Baba’s direction is that remembrance should be while doing actions. The service we do is really what Baba calls becoming a right hand or cooperative.  So, I think it is just a question of reminding ourselves to maintain Baba’s remembrance while doing everything. I think one of the best ways, even though we have morning meditation and evening meditation, is traffic control. Every one hour, when you just stop and remember Baba as often you can, I think that gives a very good experience. To go above, to go beyond body consciousness instantly, this practice makes it easy, there will be no struggle and the intellect will be still. 

Now is the time to understand Baba’s signals, to have this angelic or subtle stage and for that, the practice required is to keep going beyond and to remember Baba often.  Baba wants us to save the words- talk as much as necessary, but do not keep talking. Baba is saying to save our words from going to waste. Baba says to let every word be alaukik- that is spiritual. Let your words be like an Angel, let every word be sweet. Baba says to underline this aspect, only then will revelation take place. Then there will be more power in the words. There is a very subtle kind of power through which others will be able to believe what we say. Baba says that until now the power of words has been getting wasted. Therefore, the power that should be there in words is lacking, and revealing the Father is not happening because we do not value words enough. The value is not about speaking too long or too much, but it comes from our truth, from our true feelings, from love for Baba. So, Baba says, okay, if you give God’s introduction, it is of course, up to the person how much they understand, but it is also our responsibility how much love we have, how appropriate the words we use are. So, Baba says because your words go to waste, you are not able to reveal Baba. When you save your words from going to waste, then what will happen? You will be able to reveal the Father. Baba says that you will be heard loud and clear. I think we again need to reflect on our words, how words can have impact, be appropriate and sweet. Words must come from inside out. Whatever we speak first arises as thoughts, and it is the thoughts that reflect in words, and words reflect our mind. So, even though Baba is giving indications about words, actually it is also about our thoughts and our mind. So, reflect on that, churn it, practice it, and then see. Baba has given this homework today,  maybe we can apply what Baba is saying in the Bhog message and also the Avyakti signal. I think the combination of that will help us to have more practice, become more practical, and reveal Baba.
