Om Shanti !
Greetings of peace and love to everyone! It is a family, a worldwide family. Why do we call this Avyakti family, Avyakti parivaar? The soul is in the body, we call it vyakt- physical, but then when there is soul consciousness, then we look at everyone as souls, as brothers. In the body we are brothers and sisters, and children of one Father. It is a worldwide family, right? Those who recognize that as a soul, I have to be angelic, and very spiritual. In body consciousness there is no spirituality. There might be some practices, worshiping, there might be some kind of faith, but then without spirituality we cannot really have that relationship with each other as souls, as brothers. Of course, God’s qualities are unlimited qualities, we always call God the Ocean of love, Ocean of knowledge and also a bestower. He bestows and we receive and that's why we sing His praise. As Baba's children, God’s children we have to be like the Father. When we hear this, “I have to be like Father”, sometimes we feel it is such a high goal, it is really difficult. But as children, it is our inheritance, we are similar. I have to know myself, recognize and maintain that relationship of father and child.
If we have that awareness then I will definitely be the master ocean of knowledge, master ocean of love; it is true that as soon as we receive, we want to distribute. We want to donate, we want to share with others. When Baba comes, Shivbaba comes in a human form, He enters into the body of Brahma Baba, then we follow. What are God’s directions? How should we live? What are the principles and teachings? Everything He taught, Brahma Baba did in practical. Baba is giving us homework to ‘follow father’. So naturally the question arises, “Which Father?” And I will say both. Brahma Baba was humble and very sweet, and very unique. His face was very spiritual, always cheerful, in spite of so many difficulties, obstacles or big tasks, whatever comes in front of him, he was very cheerful. You could see a big smile on his face. They say it's easy to love, but difficult to smile, right? Because a smile comes from your deep feelings inside. So Baba is saying that Father Brahma wants to see a smile of spirituality on each child's face. Some don't find it easy to smile ever. I've seen them, they think that I am in yoga so I'm serious. I am an introvert. If you are really introverted you definitely will be very cheerful. Baba wants to hear sweet words, not some who are very critical. They always find something to correct, to criticize, and say things which are not pleasant. Appreciation, looking at people's speciality and speaking about that which could help other souls. So if you are cheerful, if you are smiling then you want others to smile.
Words have a lot to do with one’s whole life, so let sweet words come from your lips. That is why people use phrases like, “How sweet it is, how lovely it is.” Let there be spirituality on your face, we use one word called alokik, not ordinary face, not face of a body consciousness. Spirituality on your face and sweetness in your words. Baba wants us to smile, but also he wants constantancy, not sometime, not once in a while, but constantly giving good wishes in your mind. Let your face be spiritual, words sweet and Baba says good wishes in your heart, in your mind and intellect. Intellectually also, if you are good at something, then we keep comparing and criticizing others. Critical mind and intellect makes you very frustrated and very tired. If you have words of sweetness and spirituality, you are a tireless person. So Baba says to have the feelings of mercy. You have to be a bestower and follow the Father at every step. That's why Baba uses the word ‘every step’; the father says give the return of what you receive, as sustenance to others also. The return that means spirituality, sweetness, goodwishes and cheerfulness. Om Shanti
