Om Shanti everyone!

It is only my One Baba that creates a very stable stage. Baba is saying to serve others, give love, cooperation, support, strength, and light. To help souls, I need to have that stability. Whatever I hear or see, there shouldn't be any disturbance in the mind or wasteful thoughts. We know that at the Confluence Age we will see extreme, tamopradhan situations, so no need to ask,”Why is this happening?” Baba says that those who do not have love for God, their intellect will work in a very different way. For us, we see Baba's help, Baba's strength, and Baba's power which is protecting us. Our faith and trust enable us to be very stable, and to serve others. You need to have your own stable stage, which is free from fear, worry, and wasteful thoughts. Baba is saying that this is how you will be able to give sakaash with your mind. So, practice being constantly stable, remember all these scenes of drama are tests for us, but I have to remain very stable. We should check ourselves, this is what is happening, am I stable? Baba says that you will be able to give sakaash with your mind, when you practice being in a stage of stability. For this, first of all, transform waste thoughts into pure thoughts. It has to be practised as soon as waste thoughts come, change them into pure thoughts, then finish all the different types of obstacles that come from maya, on the basis of Godly love. On the basis of Godly love increase your power of concentration. When the mind is not stable, it wanders, right? We lose concentration, so one of the best ways, the easiest way is “only one Baba is mine, there is no one else.” Have this concentration of remembrance, just be very stable, get absorbed in Baba's love or deeply churn the knowledge, and be with Knowledgeful Father. It becomes very easy, but we need to practice. Increase your power of concentration by learning the lesson of belonging to ‘One Father’ and none another.’ This is  powerful concentration: being only with one Baba and not allowing thoughts to come, because there will be many things that can pull the mind. It's important that we do our duties, we have our daily routine, but still let there be a good practice of stability and being absorbed in love of One. From time to time do traffic control, also when you really feel the pull, sit down for five minutes and just go deep in Baba's remembrance. You don't have to stop anything, but you can pause. All this is  practice, sometimes we get the pull to meditate, but then again the pull of our duty, the pull of action is there. While in Baba's remembrance, the intellect should not  be pulled anywhere, because maybe Baba is giving you direction or maybe giving you some clarity. Action is important but Baba's direction and Baba's power is very important also. Make time to just get absorbed in Baba's love. Especially when you are doing something very important, stay connected to Baba because He might want to tell you how to do or what to do. One Baba is our guide, He gives directions and gives cooperation in remembrance also. Baba wants us to maintain the stability of mind, keep watching drama, and maintain your concentration.
