Om Shanti!

Did you all recognize the voice of brother Chandrahas, he was sharing his personal experience with Baba. All these young boys and girls came from quite prominent families. When he started to come to Baba, his parents didn’t agree, because boys especially are considered to be a source of income and support, and you know it’s very important. For girls they used to think what society would say, but for boys it was different. There was a little booklet printed on him that he was beaten, yet he would take the bike and go listen Murli and then return home, but he remained very close to Baba. Because of Baba’s age and all that, he used to massage Baba’s body. He really did everything with a lot of love. He was sharing  that Baba will say, “Child stop.” Then Baba just became bodiless. So Baba said that now you are giving me knowledge to be bodiless. He was our main brother for construction, where and what to do. Whenever they finish a room, Baba will tell him to go and stay and see what is lacking in that room, what needs to be better. Until the end he was the main one supervising construction, because a lot of coordination is required.

So we come back to the topic of ‘renunciation and attitude’. We don’t take certain things from people, from situations, because those things very subtly remain with us and create the attitude. So your attitude now is one of uplifting, ‘paropkari’, you don’t say he’s like that, but you keep a higher vision so that they can do better. It’s very subtle. If you see a person making the same mistake again and again, mostly you will say this won’t change, right? Dadi Janki never liked it. She used to say, “Why do you think this way?” I always think he will change. So I keep an elevated vision towards that one. So that is ‘upkari’- uplifting. Do not look at the person as they are today, but look at that person as what he could be in future and that will bring power to that person and that’s called uplifting. So as much as we do,  we are uplifting ourselves now, because we are changing. My vision is getting better. My attitude is getting better. So I’m uplifting myself, because next time when I will look at someone and I say, “Yeah, this one is going to be very good, even knowing that one is making mistakes, my drishti will create that feeling in that one, and he will change. It’s very subtle. Uplifting others is not just through words. It is also through our drishti and our attitude. Do you all relate to this? Yes? What we have to do is to keep such a drishti and attitude towards everyone. Which is uplifting and people do say, “Oh, since I met you my energy is different.” So their energy depends on our vision and our attitudes.

Sometimes we are not very happy with someone because of different sanskars, or that person has a habit, so sometimes we say, “Oh I don’t think I can manage with that person.”  So we should never hold anything against anyone, then our attitude will have power, otherwise we won’t be able to help. Baba says to have negative feelings about any situation is also a sign of failure. Baba says no matter how much someone defames you, Baba says let your vision and your attitude always be that of uplifting. We have to contemplate rightfully, but also be egoless. Baba says to renounce the ego that develops after anything happens. You come on a spiritual path; I am a gyani soul and a yogi soul. When you have such a vision and attitude of renunciation, you will then be able to have BapDada in your awareness. Generally we say, “Tumhara bhala ho.” Gurus will say, “Tumhara kalyanho.” When we look at these Avyakti signals, it’s like we have reached 80%. What is becoming perfect? These Avyakti signals can help us to reach our 100% stage.

We are doing whatever we can, but Avyakti signals are helping us to be complete, to be perfect, right? So it’s a very nice point of attitude, vision smriti then drishti then is vrutti. Then of course kriti and shrushti. So sometimes we are doing it but maybe our vision and attitude needs to be improved, right? It is good homework and I think it’s very good points to pay attention to and it’s very good. Let's say I keep hearing negative things  about this person, but I  don’t really keep it with me and then your drishti becomes uplifting, then big changes happen in the person. I really enjoy when somebody is very against. I try to use Baba’s method and they become very loving, very friendly, very cooperative. Let my vision be: not what he is, but what he should be. So I think we all have to do this as a kind of subtle service, which could leave in people’s heart that feeling for you. You always help me to uplift because many times people are struggling with their own sanskars or with someone; this attitude can help them a lot. So experiment and see how our drishti and our attitude works. So today’s topic is renunciation of attitude. Okay.

Om Shanti
