Happy Thanksgiving! Should we say that saying ‘thank you’ brings happiness? So, with happiness, let's all say ‘thank you’ to Baba. If we think about listening to Dadi Prashmani, I thought we should create maybe five days of Om Mandli experience. It's really how these young sisters and brothers came to Baba, got intoxicated, and just have Baba in their life? Dadi Prakashmani’s story is really amazing, and it brings such beautiful feelings. I think maybe when we came into knowledge we all also had that much intoxication and then we say we have to be sensible, we have to be practical, and then we got into many things. Some of us were lucky to just stay in the Yagya and do Baba's service only. Some got into jobs, some got married, and you know it's a different story, but I think everyone has a good story. So, in the evenings, you all know we are part of Avyakti Parivar so we go by as it is, not by choice. Do you think that family is a bondage or it is good? How many of you love family? Everyone loves family, and don't see it as a bondage. I didn't realize that in India how many souls listen, how many centers use that point of the day, the Avyakti signal, and they find how they are able to pass through the situations of the day by using that point. So many came and the most amazing thing is that they had never seen me physically, only on television. They really will come and they want to touch and say, “Oh you are the real one.” Looking at their love, there are many young ones. These days in India even the girls are so educated, PhD and MA. So, I kept asking them, "Why do you study so much if you know you have to be BK?” Now to surrender you have to be a graduate, otherwise you can't, they don't take anyone who did not graduate. That's one reason, and second, until they decide what they want to do, they keep studying. Then finally we will just do only Baba's service. So, there is nothing like surrender, but only on Godly service. So, some are in Godlywood studio, some are in different types of services, some are in IT, some are in different departments. In India, there is such a vast big family or some karmic accounts. Human beings’ love brings happiness but also sorrow. It is only God's love which is always love. There is no sorrow because He doesn't change, He doesn't expect anything from us. He just says, “You are my children”, and keeps giving His pure love, unconditional love. So, the day before yesterday, Baba said that now is the time people should get visions. In the beginning, people had visions of BapDada while sitting at home. In the same way, now while sitting at a distance, your powerful attitude will now act as though you catch hold of someone and bring them here. That time will come. One day Baba asked Dadi Janki, “Do you remember students?” She said, “Oh how can I do that? I have to remember You only.” Now continue to spread a pure atmosphere with your attitude. Why do we like Madhuban? Why do we like to come here? The atmosphere, isn't it? Then everything becomes easy and natural.
Baba was saying to pay attention to yourself at every second and become free from waste thoughts. Oh, I'm reading from yesterday, nobody told me, but I was enjoying it. Unbroken love for the father. That was good. The main basis for the ascending stage (Chadti kala) in service and in the self, is unbroken love for the father. Let nothing else except the Father be visible to you. Let nothing else except the Father Baba be in your thoughts, Baba in your words, Baba in your actions. When you speak even one word while being in the stage of being absorbed in love, those loving words will tie other souls with love also. Just the one-word ‘Baba’ spoken by souls absorbed in love will work as magic. So, what do we have to experiment with now? Be merged in love with Baba and then speak about Baba, and let's see the magic. We want to see magic. The body says, “Don't go to Peace Village.” The call came in, so I said, “Okay.” So, everyone is happy, lucky to be here, there's so much snow, but still, you all made it. Today, I was thinking about Baba. Of course, we enjoy all the relationships, but especially the relationship of parents because you feel like a child and have very good feelings. The inheritance which we get from Baba, is an inheritance of sanskars. We have Baba’s sanskars, not my sanskars. Sanskars are created by my actions. One who gets inheritance always looks like a rich person because you know you have money, you know you have property, you have savings. Some people get inheritance as a share in the business of parents or many different ways I hear, because that’s a kind of surplus income you have. So, now is the time to keep it internal because when different kinds of sanskars emerge, the stage goes up and down. My inheritance is Baba’s sanskars, but then Baba is also Liberator and Guide. Since we came to Baba, the freedom which we have received. Even when someone meets me and says, “I have three children. I have seven grandchildren”, all this is there and of course some of you are very sensible, still you are free to do service, but mostly you are caught up. I have to go with my grandchildren, I have to do this for my children, I have to take the children to school, all the time. So, Baba liberates us and guides us if we look into our life, because what is most important in our life is directions, Baba’s Shrimat about what we have to think, what we have to speak, our maryadas for everything. Some people ask us, “How did you all learn to manage all these centers and retreat places?” Baba taught us. It's not that we went for a course to learn about budgets, no. Brahma Baba taught me. The first center where I became an instrument was in Ahmedabad, then Jaipur. There were three or four places where Baba would send money because there were no Brahmins, so Baba sent 500 Rupees. At that time it was a lot, in the early 60s, so I would give 100 rupees aside and my budget was $400 if something happened. We never asked for money. In Jaipur, Baba gave 22,000 because it was a museum we had to build. We never overspend, we borrow money, or go on credits. We create a budget within whatever. They say in India, ‘spread your legs as long as the sheet is’. So, many things at every step Baba taught us. So, he's guiding us at every step for everything, not only for my sustenance of the soul, but even for the body. When Dadi Janki came to London, the people in Western world, they cooked a lot of beans and put it in the freezer, then every day they would take out some and put seasoning. Dadi said, “Baba doesn't need that. We have to offer Bhog to Baba every day fresh, so that means we have to cook, and that's how our body will get also so you will be healthier than just eating from the freezer.” That's was a yukti. So, it's not only the sustenance of the soul, but also of the body.
