Om shanti! When Baba comes, He gives the knowledge of the beginning, middle and end of the world cycle. When we get that knowledge, then the knowledge is like the third eye opens. Then we say that we have to be part of helping Baba to establish a new world. So we decided our lives to be a part of the establishment, but most important is to prepare ourselves for sustenance. When the new world is established, Baba needs masters. It has to be governed or ruled by kings, queens, emperors, and empresses. We are giving messages to everyone and do a lot of service. I was thinking that whatever you receive yourself, is what you are able to give. When I think of what I received from Brahma Baba, what I received from Prakashmani Dadi, whatever I received, I got it, but also that’s what I share with others. We are the masters of the Golden Age. It is not only the establishment but the sustenance, and of course, we have nothing to do with destruction. We already know how much fire is on and every day more and more oil is poured in, so we are seeing what is happening. 

Always remind yourself that I have to be the instrument for establishment and I have to prepare myself for sustenance. Churn this more, and ask yourself, “Do I have this quality of sustaining and is it consistent?” Let’s say you have patience and you use patience in a relationship consistently, that is like giving sustenance. I remember in one of the Murlis Baba said that once you look at anyone’s weakness, because it has gone in your attitude, that soul will never feel sustenance from you. Our vision has to be that everyone is a pure soul.  There might be some weakness, some mistakes, but I have to look at that soul as a peaceful soul, as a pure soul. Today I have been thinking about what are the qualities and how do we use those qualities where souls feel sustained? I know it’s a big question, people always ask how do I sustain myself? How do I sustain others? Baba explains to us establishment, destruction then sustenance. At the Confluence Age, we are doing both: establishment  and sustenance. Baba says that angel to deity, brahmins to angel to deity, because deity is a stage of sustenance. Being pure, divine, peaceful, blissful, loveful, as much as I am an embodiment of these qualities, that much I am able to sustain. Sustenance is a very big quality and it is most needed these days. Use our thoughts, our words for the sustenance. Baba creates yagya, we get the responsibility of one or more centers;  the quality of our sustenance will definitely show by how many heir souls we create. How many we make others like Baba. 

Baba is saying that one of the homeworks which we got is that we have to be conquerors of physical organs. If you have any negative thoughts, just give that thought to the seniors and continue to move forward while being free from thoughts. Just imagine such a stage which we call nirsankalp. We used to say to Dadi Gulzar, Baba was able to use her chariot because she had accumulated the power of thought. Whenever we asked Dadi, “What do you think about this?” She would answer that my Baba is not thinking, so why should I? My Baba doesn’t worry, why should I? For everything, she would immediately say that her stage was like Baba's. So, how do we create that stage? Where there is no extra thought. Getting necessary information is different, but then don’t keep thinking. To give a signal is different from coming into upheaval. Therefore, always remain constant, those who pay attention to their thoughts, they will know how this thing has become upheaval for me. Baba says to become free from those thoughts. 

Baba says to always pay attention that you have to become a conqueror of your physical organs. Thoughts come when we speak, see, and hear, we do it many times. So that shouldn’t happen. Baba says that attention to even one of your physical senses will not allow you to become like the Father. It will not allow you to be stable in a constant stage. If we pay attention, then you feel every day you are better, you are progressing and transforming. So in other words, you are getting ready for the master stage and a good one who sustains. Baba talks about the rosary of victory, the rosary around Vishnu’s neck. Vishnu is the symbol of sustenance, because the power of sustenance also comes from purity. Vishnu has the symbols of purity of mind, purity of words, purity of actions and a powerful stage. swadarshan chakra refers to purity of mind, Conch is your words- be like a lotus flower, your pure action makes you powerful. So Vishnu is the symbol of sustenance. Brahma Baba for establishment, Vishnu for sustenance, and Shanker’s third eye opens which means it’s yoga, tapsaya. We always now think more about the power of sustenance. I am sure it will emerge more and more. Sustenance will help the souls to be consistent and stable.
