It was a beautiful video, actually the whole world will be watching Avyakti Pariwar. They will see what’s happening in Peace Village. How many of you met Chandramani Dadi? Many of you! Baba used to call her Lioness of Punjab. She had many beautiful qualities and powers, one of which was that she would never get angry. She will always laugh, I remember when she would come with a flower on the stage to read Murli. She was such a pleasant, cheerful person, so whenever there was a need for negotiation or mediators, we would send Chandramani Dadi. One of her specialties is that she will very quietly, happily listen to everyone. You don’t listen from one side and ignore the other, because sometimes your mind becomes preconditioned. Chandramani Dadi was very special, all our Dadis were special. Once they wanted to do a peace march in the city of Amritsar in Punjab. Some of the people said you cannot do it, because the route which was decided was to go through the market. There were shops and some of the shopkeepers said, “No way, your march cannot pass our shops.” Dadi Gulzar went to ask Baba what to do. Baba said, “What will happen? They might throw some stones and little blood will bleed a little, it is not a big thing so do the march.” Dadi Chandramani called me and she asked me to come. I said, “Okay I will come.” Chandramani Dadi and myself, were in the front of the march with flags, then behind us many brothers and sisters followed. We knew the location of these shops. We passed those shops, anyway nothing happened.
Baba gives us direction and of course, there might be some opposition. There was a big situation near Shantivan, these days it is so easy to post pictures to social media. You will be surprised how many people have iPhone in their pockets and will take videos. They can take pictures and videos, without taking it out of their pocket. You’re all talking about different things, it can increase and spread. When there is fire what is needed to extinguish fire is water, so be calm and cool. As long as you’re calm and cool the situation will become small and then finally it will disappear. I keep saying what Baba has said to be calm and cool, we have to be careful but sometimes certain things happen, for any reason, never shout at someone or raise your hand. Baba used to tell us to never take law into your own hand, whether it is within the family or outside. Sometimes there is what we call ‘road rage’ where drivers argue, fight or even shoot each other over traffic disputes.
Every time we make mistakes we say Baba please help, Baba says to use knowledge, use power yoga. Baba definitely will protect children, but children also have to follow Yagya maryadas, Yagya principle or the law of the land. Baba also has explained to us the Karmic laws, so we have to obey both the laws. When you do it, then Baba is always there. Don’t just keep doing it and then go to Baba for help, right? Baba becomes silent then. We are having a meeting and we have thoughts about what we should do and listen to. Baba is giving the direction about what programs to arrange and what you all should do for the family. With the practice of the soul-conscious stage, the atmosphere becomes spiritual. Baba says then everything will automatically work out fine. So the solution is that everyone will be united in one direction and become constant. The atmosphere will be powerful and Maya will not come. In order to make that atmosphere powerful, make a program for remembrance and have chitchat or classes, have spiritual chitchat for your own progress, have loving gatherings, have classes on Dharna and you will be successful in keeping the atmosphere, where Maya cannot come. So all of us this year whether at home or at Center, we have to create a spiritual atmosphere.
