Everyone is doing well, right? When we come to Baba's knowledge or Brahma Kumari’s organization we get knowledge. Then we enjoy the relationship with Baba and follow the example of Brahma Baba's life. Now, when it comes to listening, adopting and inculcating Baba’s teaching, all are number wise. Some really understand the knowledge, adopt the virtues and live a life of purity. When we look at their life, we are very inspired. However, there are always some people who are not able to inculcate knowledge or virtues. Therefore, we cannot assess or label the organization based on any particular individual's interaction or behavior. I remember when I came in the beginning, everyone said don't go too fast. Of course, I took gyan then  surrendered. I always thought that everyone had their own karmic account, their own way to study, their own way to inculcate virtues. Therefore, I cannot look at one person and say what kind of organization is that? Then there are some we can see the transformation in them. When I met Brahma Baba for the first time it was in 1957. I like his royal ways, yet he was very simple, very practical and very human. Yogi doesn't mean you have to be abnormal, right? A Yogi life is a relationship with God, but your life is very natural and normal. It is not that you cannot cut hair or you cannot do this or that. Just be whatever you are, continue with your profession. Be in the family, but you are thinking, speaking,  actions are elevated, they are very good. When we compare what we were before, and what we are now, there is quite a difference. 

At present everyone is watching the news, there is a lot of fear and worry about what will happen in the future. There had been so many warnings from presidents of different countries to their citizens. They advise that there will be a critical time, and there will be shortage of everything. Everything is expensive like fuel and electricity. Even now it's increasing every day. As Baba’s children, it's not that we don't care. Yes we know that all of this is going to happen, but do not create that anxiety, panic or fear. When we are extroverted and listening to the World News, then we are introverted, and just listen to what Baba is saying, you can see the contrast in your thinking. We need to know what is happening, but do not go much into detail. Jagadish bhai was saying that if I have to judge an organization, it cannot be based on a few people's behavior, but on the values, the principles which Baba gives. I always believed in family life, but when I heard that purity is what is required in the world now, Baba says that I am going to use the power of purity for world transformation. Such elevated purpose, you get the feeling, “Yes, I want to do that with my life.” There is so much fraud, deception, greed, anger and abuse of power. So much is happening. We have to remain safe, we know where to do, what to do, and how to do it? Therefore, we don't take sorrow. 

We have to just pay attention and take whatever Baba is giving us. Be the one who always picks virtues. We have to be very honest and  just take what is good. Baba says that in order for your zeal and enthusiasm to remain consistent, whoever you come in contact or in relationship with, whether there are students, or your companions, I would say , let there be enthusiasm to make everyone content. People say that it is so difficult to keep everyone content. There will always be someone who is not happy. There is a lot of learning which happens, whether it is your students or family, so let everyone be content and happy with you. Baba is saying that whosoever you see, continues to pick up virtues from them at every moment. Let there be appreciation, encouragement, and upliftment. When I'm taking virtues, it's like becoming powerful and your enthusiasm will remain constant. Otherwise sometimes we are enthusiastic and sometimes not, we don't have that power. So Baba says, “Be the one who picks all the virtues, see but do not see anyone's defects.” You notice but then you shouldn't absorb it, just be a detached observer. If you have patience you will feel that energy of patience in the atmosphere. It will be a good example of tolerance, power to face, power to merge, all powers and virtues. Then others can see, and they can take help and the atmosphere remains very powerful.
