              When we get spiritual knowledge and come to know the eternal truth, and our own eternal and original stage. Then transformation begins and today one of the main transformations required is introversion. When there is introversion, it’s not that we don’t see through our eyes, but we don’t focus on what others should be or what part they should play. I can only play my part  and everyone plays their own part. So be a detached observer because sometimes in a very subtle way we look at what is lacking in others. It affects the self because we don’t realize that the influence of looking at others can also affect our stage. Many people say that means we don’t see outside, no- we do see it, but with understanding that, this is their part. I have seen that when you remain very lovely, very detached and very sweet, then our attitude, our dhristi help other souls to bring transformation. So when they’re inspired then transformation happens, What I have noticed is that let’s say someone's attitude is not very pleasant towards me, then I say, “Okay I will be like that too.” I don’t like it, but I also start becoming like that. You think the soul shouldn’t do that, so what should I do? You should not behave like that soul, but act in a way that the other soul can also be inspired and bring transformation. Sometimes I’m so surprised that I got so angry, because that one got angry. Where there is fire we extinguished it by pouring water, right? Not oil. When we talk about the weakness of others, then we adopt the same weakness. Then it becomes difficult to be loveful.That soul is not loveful because maybe he hasn’t experienced love in his life; Baba keeps saying, “Be the bestower of virtues, be an example  and give what that soul doesn’t have. Sometimes things doesn’t move forward, there is not enough success, every time there is some difficulty, but if you really want to see personal success in life, whatever is required in that task like cooperation, companionship, or participation. everything will come in attendance. I really apply this a lot. 

                  Self transformation brings world transformation, that means first you change yourself. It becomes very enlightening and entertaining to observe but I don’t get influenced by it, and I don’t talk about it. So look at the self and be a good example. I remember Baba saying that you get 25% extra marks if you’re a good example, so don’t interact in the same way as that other person. Somebody gets impatient or irritated quickly, don’t get irritated, but you should have a lot of patience and have loveful drishti. Therefore, always remind yourself what I have to do. Don't keep remembering what others are doing, look at what I am supposed to do. Create such a stage, or state of mind that you are an example. This is a big service, then everyone has love for you, respect for you, they like to come close to you. We are doing the service of God and I am an instrument, I am Baba’s Child. Many times it does happen, that I don’t know about something, so I will call, I will try to find out. I don’t sit back with this attitude that I was not told. I say, “Okay, I was not told but I’ve heard, so let me find out.” It takes some transformation and positive attitude, then you are satisfied and everyone starts getting satisfied with you. Paying attention to self transformation brings world transformation. I have to do what I have to do and not look at what others are doing, right? Baba is inspiring us to serve with our stage. Brahma Baba when he has to meet anyone, he will sit in his room for a few moments and practice soul consciousness, then with that stage he will come out and meet the person, so whatever is said is well received. 

                  In the beginning, a lot of inquiries used to come about expenses and other things so Baba would come out and ask children, “Okay, what do you want to find out?”  Baba would call these big officers children, so they used to be amazed and their hearts would soften. They will reply to  Baba that it is okay, we are on duty, but we trust you. So I think Baba has given us so many spiritual tactics or yukties which we need to use so that more and more service can happen. Just as Sakar Baba demonstrated being an example, until now anytime I look at Baba, I ask myself, “What did Baba do, or how Baba did it?” I see his cheerful face, and his face of victory just emerges. It then becomes clear that this is how Baba did and this is how I have to do it. Baba was an example of tirelessness and having a consistent stage. Baba says that in the same way you children also have to become examples for others. This is your service and service doesn’t take place just through the words, but Baba says that you have to become a good example, Baba says serve, service also takes place through your stage. It’s really something to think about and create a stage and see how service is happening. According to the time, make your stage consistent and stable. Sometimes people come and ask, “Do you know this is happening?” So we listen and we say yes it’s good you told me.   Baba said yesterday that don’t go into details like why it happened, who did it? I think it is very good and inspiring for us to do our homework for 24 hours and watch your stage and see how it serves, how it helps the soul and inspires them also to create their own stage.
